Credit card is required for your membership fee and potential purchases. Your credit card will never be used without your authorization and confirmation.
Is TheBizScore.com Safe and Secure for payment information?
Your credit card will be encrypted and transmitted directly to our merchant services and will never be stored on our database. This is a general security protocol to ensure your credit card information remains secure.
What is the Billing and Account section used for?
This will show a record of your membership transactions and purchases.
Why do I need to verify my Email Address and Phone Number?
We verify your phone number and email address to ensure that you are the business owner and confirm the validity of the business.
Can I cancel and get a refund for my membership fee?
Cancel any time before the monthly renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month’s membership fee. There are no refunds, credits, discounts, or any other consideration given for any reason upon cancellation of membership. In order to protect our community, once cancelled, all membership privileges will immediately be revoked. All considerations made at our sole discretion.
Why do I need to register my company?
Until you register your company you can’t perform or receive any reviews. So register today and start building your online reputation. This will be displayed as a risk score and reviews for people looking for businesses in your industry to consider your company for future engagements. And for you to research prospective companies to consider doing business with.
How do I change my email address?
On the profile homepage click on the Internet edit icon here you can edit, delete or add alternate email addresses.
Can I change my username and password?
Your username is a unique identifier for your account, usually an email address and cannot be changed. You can change your password by clicking on the user profile tab on the profile home page and entering your current password, then entering a new password, repeat to confirm the new password.
How do I get my password if I have forgotten it?
Click on login, then click on the Forgot Password link and enter the email address you registered with and click continue, you will be presented with the security question you created when you registered your account. Provide the correct answer and you will be prompted to reset the password.
How do I add my business website, Facebook, Twitter and or Instagram accounts?
From homepage click on the Internet edit icon Click on the Add Net Contact link and select the Contact Type you would like to add, enter the appropriate URL and click save.
How do I change, edit or add new phone numbers?
From the homepage click on the Phone edit icon Click on add phone number, enter number desired, and extension if applicable and select the type, then click save. On the right side you can see the edit Icon and Trash icon to edit or delete your phone numbers.
What do I do if I feel that my password has been compromised?
We highly recommend that you login to your membership and update your password to something private and secure in the user profile section of the website or by using the forgot password reset process.
